چکیده:
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی مؤلفه های «سلامت » در زندگی زنان فعّال اجتماعی با محوریت آموزه های دینی و یافته های پزشکی بود. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی به تبیین مهم ترین مولفه های سلامت در زندگی زنان شاغل می پردازد. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان میدهد، زنان فعال اجتماعی با به کارگیری توصیه ها ی پیشگیرانه ی پزشکی و رعایت بهداشت تغذیه، ورزش کردن منظم، استفاده از ظرفیت های گردشگری در اوقات فراغت می توانند، سلامت جسمی و روانی خود را حفظ و ارتقا ببخشند و با اهتمام به حفظ عوامل رضایتمندی همسر از روابط زناشویی ، رعایت حقوق شرعی واخلاقی همسر سلامتی روابط زناشویی وزندگی مشترک خودر احفظ کنند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد با توجه به مطابقت یافته های علمی با افزایش احتمال تولد فرزندانی با نقایص کروموزومی و ایجاد عوارض بارداری، زنان شاغل نباید اقدام به بارداری را چه در فرزندان اول چه بعدی به تاخیر بیندازند،انتخاب مشاغل پاره وقت که نیازی به حضور تمام وقت و اجباری در خارج از خانه را ندارد، به دلیل الزامات و تعهدات کمتر نسبت به مشاغل تمام وقت، می تواند در رغبت زنان، به فرزندآوری وتعدد فرزندان تاثیر مثبت داشته باشد
Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the components of "health" in the lives of socially active women with a focus on religious teachings and medical findings.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytical study explains the most important components of health in the lives of working women.
Findings: The findings show that socially active women can maintain and improve their physical and mental health by applying preventive medical advice and observing nutritional health, regular exercise, using tourism capacities in their leisure time. Forgive and take care of the factors that satisfy the spouse’s satisfaction with the marital relationship, observe the religious and moral rights of the spouse, maintain the health of the marital relationship and their joint life.
Conclusion: The results showed that according to scientific findings with increasing the probability of giving birth to children with chromosomal defects and complications of pregnancy, working women should not delay pregnancy either in the first or next child, choosing part-time jobs that do not require It does not have full-time and compulsory presence outside the home, due to less requirements and obligations than full-time jobs, it can have a positive effect on women’s desire for childbearing and the number of children.
