چکیده:
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر قدرت مدیر عامل بر عملکرد مالی شرکتها با نقش تعدیلگری سطح افشای مسئولیت اجتماعی در شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران میباشد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، جزو تحقیقات کاربردی است و از نظر شیوه گردآوری دادهها در گروه بندی پژوهشهای پس رویدادی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سالهای 1400 – 1396 است. به منظور انتخاب نمونه آماری، از روش حذف سیستماتیک استفاده شده که پس از اعمال معیارهای مربوطه، تعداد 172 شرکت به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. در تحقیق حاضر به منظور آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش از تحلیل رگرسیونی استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش نشان داد که دوگانگی وظیفه مدیرعامل بر عملکرد مالی شرکت تاثیر معکوس و معناداری دارد. مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی رابطه بین دوگانگی وظایف مدیرعامل و عملکرد مالی شرکت را تضعیف می کند. همچنین دوره تصدی مدیرعامل بر عملکرد مالی شرکت تاثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد. مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی رابطه بین دوره تصدی مدیرعامل و عملکرد مالی شرکت را تقویت می کند.
The aim of the current research is to investigate the effect of the CEO's power on the financial performance of companies with the moderating role of the social responsibility disclosure level in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. In terms of purpose, this research is among applied research and in terms of data collection method, it is classified as post-event research. The statistical population of the research is all the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2017-2021. In order to select the statistical sample, a systematic elimination method was used, and after applying the relevant criteria, 172 companies were selected as a statistical sample. In this research, regression analysis was used to test the research hypotheses. The results of the test of the research hypotheses showed that the duality of the CEO's duties has a negative and significant effect on the company's financial performance. Social responsibility weakens the relationship between the CEO's dual duties and the company's financial performance. Also, the tenure of the CEO has a direct and significant effect on the company's financial performance. Social responsibility strengthens the relationship between the CEO's tenure and the company's financial performance.
