چکیده:
عصر حاکمیت سلجوقیان بر کرمان، بهویژه همزمان با حکومت برخی از دولتمردان کاردانش، یکی از اعصار مهمی است که این سرزمین از سر گذرانیده است. حکومتی که با ورودِ ملک قاورد سلجوقی به کرمان در حدود سال 442ق پایهریزی شده و پس از وی نیز در میان جانشینانش تا حوالی سال 583 ه.ق ادامه یافت. حاکمان سلجوقی و کارگزاران آنها در این مدتزمان، تحولاتی را در عرصههای مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگیِ کرمان بهوجود آوردند؛ اما آنچه بهطور خاص در پژوهش حاضر مورد واکاوی قرار خواهد گرفت بررسیِ امراضِ سلاطینِ این حکومت و شیوههای درمانی است که توسط پزشکان این عصر بهکار گرفته شده است. پژوهش حاضر با کاربرد روش اسـتدلال و منطـق تـاریخی، بـر آن اسـت تـا در گـام نخسـت، به معرفی کوتاه حکومت سلجوقیانِ کرمان پرداخته و در دومین و اصلیترین گام، امراض رسوخ کرده به دربار سلجوقیان و شـیو ة درمـانی پزشـکان دربـار، جهت رفع این بیماریها را مورد واکاوی قرار دهد. در همین راستا از منابع مختلف تاریخی، پزشکی و همچنین تحقیقات جدید در قالب کتاب و مقاله، بهره برده شد. یافتههای این مطالعه نشانگر آن است که پزشکان حاضر در دربار سلجوقیانِ کرمان، از داروهای گیاهی و کانیهای موجود در کرمان، جهت مداوای بیمارانِ خود بهره برده و برخی از پزشکان این عصر به ویژه افضلالدین ابوحامد کرمانی، تأکید بسیار فراوانی بر پیشگیری داشته و آن را بر درمان ارجح میدانند.
The era of Seljuk of Kerman, especially at the same time as the rule of some of its statesmen, is one of the important eras that this country has gone through. The government was established by the arrival of the Seljuk King Qavurt in Kerman around 442 AH and continued after him among his successors until around 583 AH. During this period, the Seljuk rulers and their agents brought changes in various political, economic, social, and cultural fields of Kerman. But what will be specifically analyzed in the present study is examining the diseases of the sultans of this regime and the treatment methods used by the doctors of this era. The present study, using the method of argumentation and historical logic, aims to briefly introduce the Seljuk government of Kerman in the first step, and in the second and most important step, the diseases that penetrated the Seljuk court and the treatment methods of the court physicians, to cure these diseases, to analyze In this regard, various historical and medical sources, as well as new research in the form of books and articles, were used. The findings of this study indicate that the doctors in the Seljuk court of Kerman used the herbal medicines and minerals available in Kerman to treat their patients. Some of the doctors of this era, especially Afzal al-Din Abu Hamid Kermani, put a lot of emphasis on prevention and they consider it preferable to treatment
