چکیده:
مقدمه: یک چالش و ضعف اساسی در زندگی دانش آموزان با آ سیب بینایی مطرح میشود، نقص یا فقدان مهارتهای ارتباطی است به این صورت که آنها قادر نیستند حاالت و اداء و اطوارهای بدنی افراد را تقلید کنند، به همین علت نمیتوانند یکی از مهمترین مولفه های مستقیم سیستم ارتباطی یعنی زبان بدن را رشد دهند، ممکن است به طور معنی داری در قصد و نیت کلمات بیان شده و ظرافتهای ارتباط غیر کلامی، تغییر ایجاد کنند. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی اثربخشی برنامه آموزش مهارت زبان- بدن براحساس خودارزشمندی، خودپنداره ومحبوبیت اجتماعی نوجوانان نابینا بود. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی باطرح گروه کنترل نامعادل وجامعه آماری عبارت بود از کلیه نوجوانان نابینا که در سال 1397 در مرکز شهید محبی مشغول به تحصیل بودند که روش نمونهگیری در دسترس، 30 نفر با در نظر گرفتن ملاکهای ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در گروهها تخصیص یافتند. ابزارپژوهش، پرسشنامه احساس خود ارزشمندی کروکر، لاهتانن، کوپر و بویورثی، محبوبیت اجتماعی وخود پنداره پیرز-هریس مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد، آموزش مهارت زبان بدن تاثیر معناداری بر افزایش احساس خودارزشمندی F=26/51 خودارزشمندی، خودپنداره 48/8 F= و محبوبیت اجتماعی 26/7=F داشته استp<0. 05)). بحث و نتیجهگیری: برنامه آموزشی مهارت زبان -بدن میتواند به عنوان روش آموزشی موثری در افزایش احساس خود ارزشمندی، خودپنداره ومحبوبیت اجتماعی در نوجوانان نابینا مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of body-language skills training program on the sense of self-worth, self-concept and social popularity of blind adolescents.Methods: This quasi-experimental study was designed by the unbalanced control group and the statistical population consisted of all blind adolescents who were studying in Shahid Mohebbi Center in 1397. The available sampling method was 30 people considering the entry and exit criteria. They were selected and randomly assigned to the groups. The research tools, Crocker, Lahtanen, Cooper, & Boyworthy (2003), Popularity (Omidi, Sharifi, 1399) and Pierce-Harris's self-concept questionnaire were evaluated.Results: The results of the analysis showed that body language skills training had a significant effect on increasing self-esteem (F = 51.26, self-esteem, self-concept F = 8.48 and social popularity (F = 7.26) (p Discussion and Conclusion: Language-body skills training program can be considered as an effective educational method in increasing the sense of self-worth, self-concept and social popularity in blind adolescents.
