چکیده:
هدف: تأثیر سرمایة اجتماعی بر عملکرد شغلی بر کسی پوشیده نیست؛ به گونهای که تاکنون بهویژه در دهة 1389 ـ 1399 مقالات متعددی در این زمینه منتشر شده و نتایج متفاوتی داشته است. به همین سبب، هدف اصلی تحقیق تبیین رابطة سرمایة اجتماعی و عملکرد شغلی در ایران (پژوهشهای بازة زمانی 1389 تا 1399) با رویکرد فراتحلیل است. روش: روش تحقیق از نوع فراتحلیل کمّی (cma3) و ابزار آن پرسشنامة معکوس است. جامعة آماری پژوهش 27 تحقیق پیمایشی (علمیـ پژوهشی) است که 11 پژوهش با رعایت روایی، اعتبار و کیفیت پژوهش، وجود ضریب همبستگی، حجم نمونه، و سطح معناداری انتخاب شدند. روش نمونهگیری هدفمند است. روایی و پایایی پژوهش کنترل و به روش فرمول کوهن و فیشر اندازة اثر آنها برآورد شده است. یافتههای تحقیق: یافتهها نشان داد اندازة اثر کلی سرمایة اجتماعی بر عملکرد شغلی در حد متوسط رو به بالا یعنی به میزان 467/0 است و با توجه به ناهمگنی مطالعات متغیر کیفی «نوع جامعة آماری» به عنوان متغیرهای تعدیلگر در محاسبات لحاظ شد و نتایج نشان داد عملکرد شغلی جامعة دانشگاهی بیشتر از جامعة غیردانشگاهی متأثر از سرمایة اجتماعی است. نتیجه: جهت بهبود وضعیت عملکرد شغلی در سازمانهای مختلف باید برای ارتقای سرمایة اجتماعی تلاش مضاعف صورت بگیرد. این مهم با آموزش ارتباطات اثربخش، بهبود فرایند ارتباطات، افزایش تعاملات میان کارکنان و مدیران در داخل و خارج سازمان، ایجاد فرهنگ و جوّی آکنده از همکاری، اعتماد متقابل، کار تیمی، و مشارکت بین بخشی محقق میشود و سازمانها را به سمت تعالی و سرآمدی سوق میدهد.
Purpose: The effect of social capital on job performance is not a secret. So far, especially in the decade of 2010-2020, many articles have been done in this field, And it has had different results. For this reason, the primary purpose of the research is to explain the relationship between social capital and job performance in Iran: researches from 2010 to 2020 with a meta-analysis approach. Method: The current research method is meta-analysis and its tool is reverse questionnaire. Its statistical population is 11 studies, which were selected by purposive sampling of 27 survey documents from 2010-2020. The validity and reliability of the research were controlled, and their effect size was estimated using the Cohen and Fisher formula. Findings: The findings showed that the size of the overall effect of social capital on job performance is moderately large, i.e., 0.467, and due to the heterogeneity of the studies, the qualitative variable "type of statistical population" was included as moderating variable in the calculations. Based on the findings, the university community's career performance is more affected by social capital than the non-university community. Conclusion: ToTo enhance job performance in different organizations, a double effort should be made to promote social capital. This is achieved by practical communication training, improving communication, increasing interactions between employees and managers inside and outside the organization, and creating a culture and atmosphere entire of cooperation, mutual trust, teamwork, and partnership between organizations.
