Among Iranian poets, Khaqani talks more about himself and his life in his poems than other poets. From these references, which are numerous in Khaqani's poems, we can get to know his situations, desires, emotions, lifestyle as well as the conditions of his environment and time. The aim of this essay is to reflect and analyze the self-reflexive of introspection in Khaqani's poetry, in order to present a clear picture of his personality, worldview and mindset as well as the society in which the poet lived. In this research, which was conducted with the method of content analysis, the results obtained show that Khaqani is an arrogant and selfish, patriotic, anti-philosophical, reactionary, lonely and extremely painful character. Undoubtedly, the calamities that Khaqani witnessed throughout his life did not affect his psychological structure and the formation of his worldview. From a social point of view, these views show the chaos and political and economic insecurity of the rule of the Sharvan Shahs and also the lifestyle of the people of that period, from the standard of clothing to the conditions of prisons and prisoners.
