چکیده:
هویّت اجتماعی متأثر از ساختارهای ذهنیّتی و فضای گفتمانی است. این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه عمیق نقش فناوریهای ارتباطی در ساختار هویّت اجتماعی جوانان با روش کیفی از نوع نظریه زمینهای انجام شده است. روش نمونهگیری، هدفمند از نوع حداکثر اختلاف است که مصاحبه عمیق با تعداد 9 نفر از خبرگان، تا اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. نوع برداشت از هویّت اجتماعی و مقولههای مرتبط با آن با روش گرنددتئوری با استفاده از نرمافزار مکسکیودآ کشف شد. نتیجه یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که سه نوع برداشت از خود در بین جوانان متصوّر است که عبارتاند از: خودِ موجود، خودِ وانمودی و خودِ دلخواه که در قالب سه سطح هویّت جهانی، دینی، ملّی و قومی به نمایش میگذارند. عوامل شکلدهنده به پدیده هویّت اجتماعی عبارتاند از: عوامل اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فردی. پیامدهای مثبت استفاده از فناوریهای ارتباطی در تعریف هویّت اجتماعی جوانان عبارتاند از: 1. تقویت مشارکت اجتماعی؛ 2. افزایش آگاهی؛ 3. تقویت همگرایی در تمام سطوح هویّتی. پیامدهای منفی استخراجشده عبارتاند از: 1. تزلزل فرهنگی؛ 2. کاهش اعتماد؛ 3. شکاف نسلی؛ 4. کاهش تعاملات در فضای واقعی. همچنین راهکارهای استخراجشده برای کاهش پیامدهای منفی استفاده از فناوریهای ارتباطی عبارتاند از: سیاستگذاری هوشمند، تربیت صحیح و سواد رسانه
Social identity is influenced by mental structures and discourse. This study aims to study in depth the role of communication technologies in the structure of social identity of young people with a qualitative method of grounded theory. The sampling method is purposeful of the maximum difference type that in-depth interviews with 9 experts continued until theoretical saturation. The type of perception of social identity and related categories was discovered by Grand Theoretical Method using Maxqda software. The results of the study showed that there are three types of self-perception among young people, which are: the existing self, the pretended self and the desired self, which are expressed in the form of three levels of global, religious, national and ethnic identities. The factors that shape the phenomenon of social identity are: social, economic and individual factors. The positive consequences of using communication technologies in defining the social identity of young people are: 1. Strengthening social participation; 2. raising awareness; 3. Strengthen integration at all levels of identity. The extracted negative consequences are: 1. Cultural instability; 2. Decreased trust; 3. Generation gap; 4. Reduce interactions in real world. Also extracted strategies to reduce the negative consequences of the use of communication technologies are: intelligent policy-making, proper education and media literacy.
