Nowadays, it is very important to pay attention to human resources and use all their potential. Therefore, organizations try to manage the talent of their employees and put them in the right career development path so that by increasing their participation, organizational effectiveness will increase. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of the human resources recruitment system and the development of employees' career paths on organizational effectiveness with the mediating role of employee participation. This research was descriptive and correlational in terms of applied purpose and method. The statistical population of this research was the employees of Saderat Bank of Isfahan, whose number was 12863. According to Morgan's table, the sample size was equal to 384 people. To reach the number of 384 valid questionnaires, 476 questionnaires were distributed, and after removing the incomplete questionnaires, the number of valid questionnaires was reached to 384. In this research, the standard questionnaires of Ahmadi et al.'s recruitment system (2011), career path development by Kong et al. (2011), employee participation by Shafli et al. (2002), and Hersi and Blanchard's organizational effectiveness (2011) were used in this research. In the current research, the content validity of the questionnaire has been estimated using the supervisor's opinion. Face validity was also confirmed by several respondents, and the validity of the research items was also confirmed. The reliability of the research questionnaire was also calculated by Alpha Cronbach, which was 0.948 for organization effectiveness, 0.899 for human resources recruitment system, 0.833 for career path, and 0.892 for employee participation.
