چکیده:
The aim of this research is to determine the effective factors on trust and investigate the impact of trust in promoting innovation in cities based on a study of Pardis Science and Technology Park. The research method of this study is explanatory mixed-method, which includes quantitative and qualitative studies and is based on systemic thinking. The statistical population of this research consists of 105 experts of Pardis Science and Technology Park, and among them, 68 people were selected as a sample through random sampling. The information obtained from quantitative studies (questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha of 825%) was analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis, and also the information obtained from the qualitative study (interview with 8 experts of the park) was analyzed and the final model was drawn according to the results of the analysis. The results of the research show that various factors, such as efficient judicial institutions, transparency of information in society, preventing information rent-seeking, and supportive laws, have a very significant impact on trust, and these factors, by strengthening trust, are effective in promoting some innovation indicators in cities.

This research aimed to determine how trust and innovation are related in cities by examining the national-regional innovation system and considering the conditions and culture of developing countries' cities (studying Pardis Technology Park of Tehran), and to assess the current status of trust and present it in a dynamic system.
The innovations of this research include studying trust and its impact on innovation based on systemic thinking and measuring the factors affecting trust and innovation in the center of innovation in cities, namely science and technology parks.

These factors include the level of the honesty of individuals (Question 1), transparency of information (Question 2), officials acting on their promises (Question 3), efficient judicial institutions that provide job and social security (Question 4), intellectual property rights law (Question 5), dealing with unauthorized copycats of new ideas (Question 6) and the prevailing culture of society, which creates and strengthens trust in cities.
