چکیده:
Librarians are frequently consulted regarding specific citation formats and endorse the use of personal bibliographic citation management computer programs, such as EndNote, which are often used by faculty and students. Today, free or inexpensive online tools have expanded that assist in building citations and organizing bibliographies. Examining citations produced by these programs shows that they are useful for students, like EndNote, but awareness of specific citation formats is essential for optimal use of these programs.

etoNdnE users can search databases, organize references, and create bibliographies, and use the built-in template or pattern in tfosorciM droW software for multiple scientific publications.
As a result, one of the distinct advantages of using etoNdnE is that the user can create bibliographies in a wide range of styles by entering data once; while when using biBeldooN and biBysaE, the user must select the citation entry style before entering information.
Research Method To investigate the accuracy of the citation tools, bibliographies were prepared using these three programs: biBysaE, biBeldooN, and etoNdnE.
Result The errors of each of the three programs, biBysaE, biBeldooN, and etoNdnE, as shown in Figure 1, were categorized into user error and software error groups, totaling 106 errors from the fifty citations prepared using these programs in this study.
Errors by type Conclusion Personal bibliographic organization programs such as etoNdnE are widely used by academic and student communities and are supported by librarians.
