This article examines the role of Usul al-Fiqh as one of the most important methodologies of Islamic sciences in the production and development of Islamic human sciences. Given the increasing need for the localization of human sciences in Islamic societies, using Usul al-Fiqh as a methodological framework can be a way to solve complex problems in social, cultural, and economic fields. The present article first introduces the principles of Usul al-Fiqh and its theoretical foundations and then explains the concept of Islamic human sciences and its position. Subsequently, the relationship between Usul al-Fiqh and human sciences is examined, and examples of applying these principles to solve contemporary human science problems are provided. The article suggests solutions for developing a hybrid methodology and effective interaction between specialists in Usul al-Fiqh and human sciences. In the final sections, the future study of Usul al-Fiqh in Islamic human sciences and its capacities in responding to contemporary needs are investigated. This article shows that Usul al-Fiqh, despite challenges, has high potential for providing a comprehensive epistemological system in Islamic human sciences.

By providing its specific rules and methods, Usul al-Fiqh can play a prominent role in managing contemporary social, cultural, and economic issues.
Specialized institutions must be designed so that, while benefiting from jurisprudential capacities, they scientifically and methodologically address the daily issues of the Islamic society and can use Usul al-Fiqh to solve social, economic, cultural, and political problems.
Given the rapid social, economic, and cultural transformations in contemporary societies, Usul al-Fiqh can play an effective role as a tool in analyzing and solving complex and emerging issues.
These jurisprudential tools, by considering the specific characteristics of each Islamic society, especially in legal, social, cultural, and economic fields, can provide solutions based on Islamic values and teachings.
