چکیده:
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment of self-efficacy employees in the Department of Education, which was conducted using a descriptive-correlational method. The present research is an applied research in terms of its goal. The statistical population in this research consists of 140 employees of the Chardavol County Department of Education; to estimate the sample size, Morgan's table was used, and finally, 103 people were selected as the statistical sample. In this research, to collect the necessary information, the results of empowerment and organizational commitment questionnaires were used after distribution among the employees. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment of employees, meaning that increasing the empowerment of human resources leads to increasing the organizational commitment of employees. Additionally, the relationship between psychological empowerment factors and organizational commitment of employees was investigated; the results showed that there is a significant relationship between the sense of competence, sense of meaningfulness, and effectiveness with organizational commitment, but there is no significant relationship between the sense of autonomy and sense of trust with organizational commitment.
