خلاصه ماشینی:
This research aims to identify the damages of the organizational structure of the Central Insurance of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on literature, theoretical concepts, and statistical tests, so that the managers of that organization can take action to restructure the organization if necessary.
[13]Therefore, considering the Sibora model, the findings of Burns and Stalker, and the dynamic and competitive environment of the insurance industry, the optimal organizational structure model for the Central Insurance Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran is a model that is more organic (more biological), meaning its complexity, formality, and organizational concentration are low.
Also, this vertically shaped mechanical structure causes many tasks to be concentrated in the hands of senior managers; therefore, the current situation of this structure differs from the optimal model of the organizational structure of the Central Insurance Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which in conditions of environmental uncertainty should have less complexity, formality, and organizational concentration.
The H0 hypothesis, which is based on the desirability of the organizational structure in the dimension of complexity, is rejected and the opposite hypothesis is accepted; Therefore, the first sub-hypothesis of the research is confirmed; That is, there is a significant difference between the existing and desired level of complexity of the organizational structure of the Central Insurance of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the level of complexity in this organization is higher than the optimal and necessary level.
