چکیده:
The validation of the chain of transmission (isnad) of medical narrations is the main issue of this article, due to its connection with physical and spiritual health, and its goal is to clarify the extent of the role of the Infallibles in such hadiths; for it is possible that some authentic sayings are not transmitted by the Infallible. The standard model in this article is the chapters of medicine in Bihar al-Anwar, which includes 842 hadiths in the field of medicine. Majlisi has collected this collection of hadiths mainly from well-known and reliable books, and some unknown and unreliable ones. Factors such as the weakness of narrators, interruption, irsal (unconnectedness), and omission of chains of transmission in many medical narrations cause the documentary weakening of more than 95 percent of the medical hadiths in Bihar al-Anwar. Of course, the intention of the weakness of the hadith's chain is not its fabrication; therefore, it is worthy that the medical hadiths of Bihar al-Anwar be subjected to precise investigation in terms of content.
