The issue of intercession is among the important topics in Islamic teachings, to the extent that several verses of the Quran are dedicated to it, and it also holds a special position in Islamic hadiths, such that these traditions have entered many authoritative books of the Shia and Sunni, and each has granted the right of intercession to a group, an individual, or a nation. In this research, the author aims to mention the common and specific traditions of the Shia and Sunni in the field of intercession so that an individual seeking intercession can acquire its conditions and become subject to intercession. Also, in this research, the views of Sunni and Shia scholars in the discussion of intercession have been stated.
