Characteristics of Quranic Sermons Kubra Amini* Abstract {IBSermonizing is one of the general and effective methods in Islamic education, which divine prophets have extensively utilized under God's command for preaching and guiding people, and special attention has been paid to it in religious teachings. This article examines sermonizing and exhortation as an educational method and states the necessary conditions for each of the pillars of a sermon and the characteristics of Quranic sermons. In this article, this method, its impact on education, its conditions, and the characteristics of Quranic sermons are examined. This phenomenon is observable from individuals such as the Holy Prophet (PBUH) to other people, and one of the major general methods used by the Prophet was employing preaching to guide people, and some sermons, such as the commandments of the Prophet (PBUH) to Hazrat Ali (AS), remain valid until the end of time. 6 Conditions of the Preacher The most important pillar of sermonizing is the preacher, because if the preacher observes the necessary conditions in planning, choosing the subject, the audience, time, and place, their impact will be greater. Protecting the family itself from sin and impurity, observing rights, etiquette of behavior, and good social interaction within the family are among the topics emphasized in Quranic sermons. Preaching consists of three pillars: the sermon, the preacher, and the audience, each of which has specific conditions. Quranic preaching has specific conditions and characteristics, which include: breadth of content, generality of the audience, and being reasoned, all of which have been mentioned.
