چکیده:
What kind of path is the path of episteme? What are its ups and downs? What is the true episteme and what requirements and practices does it have? These are questions from the perfect theosophist Imam Khomeini that have been answered with respect to his practical conduct، his scientific and mystical works and through a descriptive-analytical method. Perhaps presentation of these questions is due to indecision in view of the innate tendency and feeling responsibility toward knowledge، Quranic view and traditions، and Imam Khomeini’s scientific profile on one hand، and harsh position to and complaint of knowledge and whatever related to knowledge on the other hand. In opposition to the seclusive manner، Imam Khomeini says any scientific، social، political، … activities are not only permissible but also necessary، but the precondition to the right episteme and realization of the Prophet’s saying “knowledge is nothing but a light that God the exalted casts into one's heart”، according to Imam Khomeini، is purification of the carnal soul and taking distance from whims. These charms are so colorful، sensitive، and delicate that never leave man alone in his path toward acquisition of knowledge and its risk is comparable to hidden polytheism. In principle، carnal desire in all its attributes، is equally dangerous and the hidden polytheism is only an example.
خلاصه ماشینی:
On one hand, every Muslim, despite the encouragements of Islam and the Prophet (PBUH) regarding the acquisition and dissemination of knowledge, and also considering the life and scholarly career of the Imam himself, considers stepping onto the path of science as a duty in addition to satisfying the innate sense of truth-seeking; but on the other hand, by observing the inspired poems and words of this divine human and studying the mystical and sometimes private words of this perfect mystic, one encounters various complaints and criticisms regarding science, books, and their requirements, even with harsh expressions and a severe tone, among which is the expression "hijab" (veil).
The veil of science and nature will increase human desire The greatest emphasis and explicit statement of the Imam in his encounters and words regarding science is focused on the issue of "hijab," and in one place he has said: در بر دل شدگان ، علم حجاب است حجاب از حجاب ، آنکه برون رفت بحق ، جاهل بود (امام خميني الف ١٣٨١: ١٠٤) In another ghazal, he considers scientific work and the assembly of knowledge to be a mirage and void, and every page of written papers to be a veil after a veil: از درس و بحث و مدرسه ام حاصلي نشد کي مـي توان رسيد بـدريا ازين سراب هـر چـه فـرا گرفـتـم و هـر چه ورق زدم چيزي نبود غير حجابي پس از حجاب (امام خميني الف ١٣٨١ : ٤٨) and in explaining it, he says: Hijab has two levels; dark hijab (hijab-e zulmani) and luminous hijab (hijab-e nurani), both of which are common in preventing man from reaching true perfection.
