With this explanation, it can be said that in the translation of the verses of the Holy Quran, rhetorical points must be taken into account, just as in the translation of two phrases: الحمد للّه and للّه الحمد, the sense of comprehensiveness and exclusivity must be intended; otherwise, the elegance of the speech is lost.
4. امّا الّذین ابیضّت وجوههم ففی رحمة اللّه هم فیها خالدون (Al Imran 3/701) In this verse, the mercy of the Lord, which implies residing in Paradise, is mentioned, and due to (fiha), Paradise is intended; however, the honorable translator has provided it as follows: [As for those whose faces are bright, they will be eternally in the mercy of God] meaning they have not observed the synecdoche.
The late Elahi Qomshei, in their translation, has stated it as follows: [But the white-faced ones (meaning the believers) shall enter Paradise, which is the place of God's mercy, and shall enjoy eternal bliss therein.
This verse in Professor Fouladvand's translation appears as follows: For every time there is a book.
Mr. Muhi al-Din Darwish, in his book I'rab al-Qur'an al-Karim, 7/894, mentioned this verse as one of the instances of the art of Istikhdam; however, he considered the referent of the pronoun (huwa) to be the passive participle meaning, whereas it actually refers to (i'adat) and has no connection to Istikhdam.
But since the discussion is about Istikhdam, we too, with regard to this art, will examine and translate the following verses and we will not attend to their interpretive points we will not attend to.
