چکیده:
In the Hadith communities of Sunnis and Shias, there are many narrations about the Dajjal. However, some narrations, especially Sunni narrations, have entered the Shia Hadith communities. This article, using a library collection method and by referring to Shia and Sunni sources with a descriptive-analytical approach (content analysis), aims as a first step in the genealogy of narrations related to the Dajjal to recognize Shia and Sunni narrations in the Hadith communities of both sects regarding the topics of the events at the time of the Dajjal's emergence, the location of the Dajjal's emergence, the time of the Dajjal's emergence, safe places from the Dajjal's fitna, and the place of his death. It has reached the conclusion that regarding the subject of the Dajjal's fitna and its sub-topics, among the many existing narrations in the Shia Hadith communities, only fourteen narrations are considered Shia narrations, and the rest are common (Ami) narrations. Also, the number of narrations in Sunni Hadith communities is greater than the number of narrations in Shia Hadith communities.

Events during the time of the Dajjal's emergence A group of narrations related to the Dajjal found in Sunni Hadith collections speak about events that occur in the world during the time of the Dajjal's emergence; events such as the prosperity of Jerusalem, the destruction of Yathrib, the conquest of Constantinople, and the appearance of all tribulations, which Muadh ibn Jabal narrates from the Prophet( .
In the Shiite Hadith collections as well, two narrations can be found on this subject that refer to the deeds of the Dajjal and the events that occur in the world during his time, which are very similar to the events mentioned in the Sunni narrations, such as the conquest of Constantinople (Ibn Tawus, 1416 AH, p.
Shiite narrations, like Sunni narrations, have not been in agreement regarding the description of the place of the Dajjal's emergence, and they introduce different locations as the place of the Dajjal's emergence; such as Qazvin (Qutb al-Din al-Rawandi, 1409 AH, Vol. 3, p.
Among the existing narrations in Shiite hadith collections, there are three Shiite narrations: one of them is the long narration of Nazzal ibn Sabrah transmitted from Ali (as) which describes the time of the Dajjal's emergence, and it was mentioned in the previous part.
Also, in another narration that Nazzal ibn Sabrah narrates from the Commander of the Faithful (as), the place where the Dajjal is killed is mentioned as Sham (Sheikh Hurr al-Amili, 1425 AH, Vol. 5, p.
