چکیده:
The present article includes a plan aimed at creating a single Islamic Ummah, upon which the strategy of the World Assembly for Approximating Islamic Schools of Thought has been established. In the first section of this plan, discussions are raised regarding Quranic unity, the urgent need of the Islamic world, theological-jurisprudential and sectarian conflicts among Islamic schools of thought, the political nature of the formation of Islamic schools of thought, and the lack of intent regarding the authority of the four Imams of the Ahl al-Sunnah; subsequently, other fundamental issues such as the establishment of schools of thought, contradictions to the teachings of the Quran, Islam, and Muslims, God's chosen titles for Islamic societies, and the prophecy of the Quran and the Prophet (PBUH) regarding the division of the Islamic Ummah into sects and schools of thought are addressed. The second section of the article is dedicated to the strategy for creating a single Islamic Ummah. In this stage, discussions such as the position of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in the Quran and the traditions of both groups, the position of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) from the perspective of the Companions, the position of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) from the perspective of the four Imams of the Ahl al-Sunnah, and their position among all of the Ahl al-Sunnah are presented. In conclusion, it is concluded that the only way to create a single Islamic Ummah is a reading of religion based on what is agreed upon by all Islamic sects, and that will be nothing other than the interpretation of religion through the reading of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS).
