چکیده:
The subject of the present article is investigating the issue of Isra with an emphasis on comparing the views of Allameh Tabataba'i and Fakhr Razi. This article attempts to identify the points of similarity and difference by examining the verses related to the issue of Isra in Surahs 'Al-Isra' and 'Al-Najm' and comparing the opinions of these two great commentators, and to reach an appropriate conclusion. In this regard, examining the views of other commentators was also necessary, which has been addressed to some extent.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Allameh Tabataba'i, while conveying three theories—the first being both physical and spiritual, the second being spiritual, and the third being physical and spiritual up to Bait al-Maqdis and from there to the heavens being spiritual—considers the apparent meaning of the verse, the narrations, and the accompanying clues in such a way that the both physical and spiritual nature of the Isra from Mecca to Bait al-Maqdis is undeniable, but the ascension (1)-The author of Majma' al-Bayan divides the narrations related to the Mi'raj of the Prophet (PBUH) into four categories and cites examples: A- Narrations with certainty of issuance due to tawatur (successive transmission) B- Narrations that are permissible from a rational standpoint and consistent with the principles of belief C- Narrations inconsistent with the principles of belief but capable of interpretation in a way compatible with reason D- Narrations that are apparently false, whose interpretation involves great difficulty (Tabarsi, 593/3 and 693) (2)-For more information, see: Tabari, 8045/9 to 2245 considers the ascension to the heavens with only the soul—not the body—to be permissible, although not an ascension in sleep, such that honor and merit would not be accounted for the Prophet (PBUH) (ibid.
Whether the topic of the two Surahs is one or not Allameh Tabataba'i considers the first to eighteenth verses of Surah An-Najm to be related to the issue of the Mi'raj of the Prophet (PBUH), which is referred to in the first verse of Surah Al-Isra (ibid.
