Among the divine attributes and actions, the discussion of Bada' holds a special position, to the extent that it has been emphasized that God has not sent any prophet without taking a covenant from him regarding divine Bada'. In the debate with Sulayman al-Marwazi, Imam Reza (as), based on Quranic verses, has addressed the proof and brief explanation of the truth of the concept of Bada'. In this discourse, by referring to the views of some prominent Shia scholars, including traditionists, theologians, and philosophers, the meaning of Bada' has been explained. Among the scholars' commentaries in this regard are the reports of Mirza Mahdi Isfahani (may he rest in peace), based on which various aspects of the issue of Bada' have been clarified in detail.
