چکیده:
This research attempts, while examining and analyzing the concept of brotherhood in the Islamic world, to achieve a correct and complete understanding of this concept and, at the same time, by utilizing the opportunity for rapprochement between various Islamic sects, to provide solutions for fighting Takfiri terrorism, which is a common enemy of both Shias and Sunni brothers. This research, under the aforementioned title, examines its various dimensions and aspects. The main issue of the present research is: 'How can the opportunity of Muslim unity and the rapprochement of Islamic sects be utilized in the fight against terrorism?' and the general goal of the research is 'finding common solutions among various Islamic sects to fight terrorism under the shadow of Islamic unity and brotherhood.' The research method is descriptive-analytical; the contents of this article are gathered through the library method and data collection from the most reliable books, articles, and published theses or those available in cyberspace, as well as by utilizing the opinions of scholars and scientists. The result of the article is the necessity of unity, empathy, and national cohesion so that the problems imposed on the Islamic world by terrorism can be neutralized.

The phenomenon of Takfir has also taken root in the structures of the societies of Muslim countries (intra-societal and extra-societal); the economic structure with increasing economic poverty, unequal distribution of wealth, and distribution of scarce resources; also the political structure with the influence of Takfiri thoughts in the body of politics; in addition, the social structure, social institutions, ethnic nationalism, and reaction to social components; and in the cultural structure, cultural poverty, religious schools, misunderstanding, and ignorance have caused the phenomenon of Takfir to flare up in Muslim countries; moreover, Takfiri groups attempt to create Takfiri subcultures through social learning; also extra-social factors such as the economic structure with its three sides (the West, Saudi Arabia, and India) and the pursuit of dominance and the expansion of Wahhabism, Shiite phobia, and Islamophobia cause the emergence and development of the phenomenon of Takfir; in the section of solutions to combat it from the perspective of the Holy Quran, research findings show that Islam itself never promotes the phenomenon of Takfir; rather, certain social factors have caused its promotion; based on the research findings, sociological theories and the Holy Quran overlap; however, the Holy Quran attempts to refine sociological theories; the Holy Quran provides valuable solutions to prevent and reduce the phenomenon of Takfir through economic solutions including deprivation removal, negation of social circulation, and fair distribution of wealth; in the political section, emulation of righteous leadership, political authority, anti-enmity, and religious democracy; in the social section, unity and solidarity, Islamic brotherhood, and reform of social institutions; and in the cultural sphere, emphasis on ethics and spirituality, expansion of social values and norms, and promotion of the culture of Ahl al-Bayt.
