Mr. Reyshahi: Last year, some companies that were not under the coverage of the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization were unable to provide desirable services to the pilgrims, and this caused dissatisfaction among a number of Umrah performers; because they both charged higher prices to the people and did not have good service, and provided fewer facilities to the pilgrims. I suggest that the Hajj Organization summarizes the report of the problems and difficulties that independent Umrah pilgrims faced, which have been repeatedly reflected by the Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Jeddah and the Hajj and Pilgrimage representative offices in Mecca and Medina, and makes it known to everyone through the "Miqat al-Hajj" quarterly magazine.
