چکیده:
Fiqh al-Hadith is the pinnacle and the result of Hadith sciences. This writing, by examining and analyzing the various dimensions of al-Kafi, aims to identify and introduce the methods of Fiqh al-Hadith in this book while discovering its manifestations. The foundations of Hadith criticism in selecting hadiths, the categorization and arrangement of hadiths, and the explanation of the content of hadiths are among the manifestations of Fiqh al-Hadith in al-Kafi. Kulayni, in utilizing the foundations of Hadith criticism for selecting hadiths, emphasizes explicit narrative methods. Although he has utilized a comprehensive and robust structure in the unique categorization of the book, this structure is less indicative of Kulayni's ijtihadi perspectives. Kulayni's commentaries under the narrations indicate his attention to various dimensions of Fiqh al-Hadith, such as the effort to understand the apparent meaning of the hadith, understanding the actual intention of the Ma'sum (infallible), and reconciling conflicting hadiths. Employing rational and theological concepts, paying attention to the hadith family, and using common ijtihadi methods in reconciling conflicting narrations are among the notable methods of Kulayni in this path.

245) Although this book apparently lacks numerous opinions of Kulayni regarding the clarification of the content of / narrations is, but some clues indicate this prominent Hadith scholar's mastery of Fiqh al-Hadith and his use of it in the compilation of al-Kafi.
For example, Kulayni's explicit statement in the introduction of the book regarding the effort to resolve the problem of differences in narrations, and his belief in the realization of this effort, would not be possible without examining the content and the Fiqh al-Hadith aspects of the narrations.
Examining various aspects of al-Kafi indicates that Kulayni's Fiqh al-Hadith perspectives are manifested in three points: Naqd al-Hadith (criticism of Hadith) and selection of Hadiths, chapter organization and arrangement of Hadiths, and explanation of the content of Hadiths.
Arrangement of Chapter Narrations The author of Rawdat al-Jannat, regarding the arrangement of narrations in the book al-Kafi, quoting some researchers have stated that Kulayni's method is to narrate hadiths in order of authenticity and clarity.
— Utilizing reason in explaining narrations Although no sign of the position of reason in accepting or rejecting reports is visible in Kulayni's chapter on the foundations of Hadith criticism, the examination of some of the interpretations provided for the narrations by him indicates his attention to and familiarity with rational and theological subjects and his utilization of them in Fiqh al-Hadith.
Furthermore, the examination of Kulayni's Fiqh al-Hadith content at the end of narrations and chapters also emphasizes this subject.
