چکیده:
The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating and providing solutions for the effective management and control of the classroom in schools. Classroom management is a process in which the teacher attempts to create a desirable environment for learning by properly organizing space, time, resources, activities, and interpersonal relationships. In the classroom environment, the teacher must manage the classroom space by establishing order, observing rules, encouraging learners, managing time, preventing undesirable behaviors, and establishing constructive interaction among students so that maximum learning is achieved. Therefore, even the best curriculum cannot be properly implemented without effective classroom management and control. If there is no order in the class or if students are confused, the quality of education decreases. The method of the present research is descriptive qualitative, and the data collection tool is also a library study. The results indicate that a teacher who can create a responsive, dynamic, and orderly environment not only helps improve the quality of education but also facilitates the personal and social growth of students. Therefore, classroom management is not only a tool for creating order but is also considered a platform for deep learning, active participation, personal growth, and the blossoming of talents.
