Results from theoretical and field studies show that teachers who establish meaningful human connections with students not only increase academic engagement and interest in learning but also play an important role in their emotional, social, and personality development. This article aims to demonstrate that effective teaching is impossible without effective communication, and empowering teachers in this area is a vital necessity for the sustainable success of the educational system.
