چکیده:
Effective teaching plays a decisive role in enhancing the quality of learning, cognitive growth, and strengthening the individual and social skills of students. In this research, various dimensions of effective teaching are examined with a focus on five key components, including: selecting active teaching methods, utilizing instructional aids, fostering intellectual skills, paying attention to individual differences, and classroom management. The findings show that active teaching methods play an important role in increasing conceptual understanding, motivation, and critical thinking abilities of students due to creating a participatory and interactive learning environment. Additionally, the effective use of instructional aids and modern technologies makes the teaching process more engaging and understandable. Alongside these factors, attention to fostering intellectual skills such as analysis, reasoning, and problem-solving through purposeful educational activities has a significant impact on the academic success and future careers of students. Identifying individual differences and adapting teaching styles to the diverse needs of learners is also one of the important requirements in today's heterogeneous classrooms. Furthermore, effective classroom management is considered a guarantor of order, interaction, and a supportive space for learning. Overall, the present research emphasizes the importance of a holistic and integrated view of the components of effective teaching and suggests that professional empowerment of teachers in this field should be prioritized in educational policies.
