com Abstract The present research aims to analyze the lived experiences of teachers and principals regarding paperwork and documentation in elementary schools in Tabriz city.
Lived experiences of teachers, paperwork, documentation Introduction In the present era, elementary schools are recognized as key institutions in the upbringing and education of future generations.
Elementary school teachers in Iran face numerous problems such as student density, lack of suitable space and auxiliary facilities, high volume of textbook content, lack of coordination between textbooks and class time and student abilities, and similar issues; educational documentation and forcing teachers to do this leads to a decline in teaching quality as well as the documentation process itself.
Therefore, it seems necessary for teachers to become familiar with various narrative research examples of documenting managers' experiences so that they can employ an appropriate model according to the determined educational goals.
The belief of Farhangian University is in the updating of the documentation of scientific experiences, and today's teachers, despite having textbooks, must present themselves with new educational methods in their classes so that, along with superior scientific support, they can hold effective classes (Parnian, 1397: 51).
Jafari Moghadam (1392), in his research titled "Documentation of Managers' Experiences: A Case Study of Ahar County," concluded that documentation leads to progress only when it is realistic, important and special events are documented, and aimless paperwork is avoided.
