چکیده:
Student noisiness (disruption) is a behavior that does not aim to annoy others or attack them. However, it inevitably disrupts the teaching process and harms other students. For this reason, such behaviors may be performed to attract attention and gain peer approval and praise. Alternatively, the student may be suffering from anxiety and resorts to actions such as classroom indiscipline to reduce that anxiety. Today, with various types of mass media and social networks, students become aware of many events before teachers do; therefore, new teaching methods and principles of behaviorism must be understood to establish discipline, and new, correct attitudes must be adopted to succeed in teaching and classroom management. Objectives: The purpose of this research is to determine how we can employ solutions to reduce the disruptive behavior of noisy students and what factors influence these liberating behaviors. Methodology: Action Research. Findings and Interpretation: Since students are in the sensitive and vulnerable stage of adolescence and growth, particularly sexual maturity, controlling them is more difficult and can have various causes. Being noisy is a common behavior among students that may occur in response to frustration, aggression, or to gain acceptance and approval from classmates, because every human behavior or action has a goal. One of the goals of every human in life is to achieve happiness and joy; a noisy student may perform certain actions to reach this desire because every time they reacted to this type of behavior, the noisiness was perceived as a type of happiness or being proactive rather than a type of incorrect or abnormal behavior. However, noisiness has several types: 1- Verbal noisiness 2- Physical noisiness 3- Verbal threat 4- Physical threat 5- Complaining. The findings of this research indicate that the reasons for student noisiness include a lack of motivation for both education and life, and their future is full of ambiguity—thousands of unanswered questions that neither teachers nor the educational system can answer (e.g., 'If we study, what will we become?'). Unsuitable conditions and economic chaos are among the main reasons, as observing university graduate unemployment and skyrocketing living costs has occupied even the minds of students; instead of striving to complete their studies successfully and continue education at higher levels, they are thinking about earning income (the thought 'We have no future' has crossed their minds). Therefore, alongside all the reasons mentioned for their noisiness, the primary cause of behavior and the prevailing family culture can also be a major factor. Consequently, they want to achieve this happiness and joy in any way possible while at school, even if it means disregarding classroom and school rules or disrespecting the teacher (e.g., 'I am an energetic girl, so where should I discharge my energy? Not at home, they don't let me; here we are restricted, so when can I discharge my energy and be happy?').
خلاصه ماشینی:
Therefore, along with all the reasons we mentioned for their noisiness, alongside the main cause of behavior and the culture prevailing in the family, this can also be one of the main reasons; thus, they want to achieve this happiness and joy in any way possible while they are at school, even if it involves disregarding classroom and school rules or disrespecting the teacher.
This lack of interest in education is not currently the problem of this research; although it is a very important issue, perhaps one can somewhat cite the conditions of unemployment among university graduates and the lack of proper social status for this group as a reason for this lack of interest in education, because when the income of a skilled manicurist is five million Tomans per week or a hairdresser earns over thirty million Tomans per month, it is no surprise that village children have little interest in studying, because given the low income level of the family and the difficulty of living with a meager income, the desire to work in adolescence becomes a concern for them and has made them anxious.
