The school is the most important social institution and the intersection of thoughts, opinions, beliefs, and ultimately behaviors that must be attended to, corrected, and educated. All educational and training actions, programs, and activities become meaningful at all time levels when change occurs in the school; therefore, if schools have a transformative, efficient, and research-oriented approach, capable and efficient students will be introduced to society. This research, using a descriptive-analytical method, aims to examine the characteristics of successful schools from the perspective of educators.

A school that has complete success in improving the quality of education and training and the growth and flourishing of students' talents—in other words, all learners, teachers, parents, and local residents will love this school.
The benefits of parental participation for the school are that the teaching-learning process becomes more effective, students better understand the opinions and culture of the family and behave more ethically and socially, they go through childhood better, and they also carry out educational matters more easily.
