چکیده:
Artificial intelligence (Al) is one of the branches of computer science that focuses on developing intelligent machines and technologies. The introduction of Al in various fields has doubled the need for examining this subject due to its novelty, insufficient understanding, and lack of clear legislation. Media, as one of the main pillars of today's generation's life and pervasive communication, has played a vibrant and important role in the development of education and culture within societies and families. The integration of Al with new tools and technologies, including media, provides capabilities beyond the past, enabling the impact and analysis of societal information, which challenges concepts such as freedom of expression, privacy, audience rights, and consumer rights. These challenges can cause serious harm to families, which are considered the most important pillar of society. The intellectual property rights system serves technology and development to benefit society by encouraging individuals to expand their creativity and innovation through protection. However, all these topics should be based on public order, good ethics, and the welfare of society. Therefore, in this research, we examine how to deal with the support or lack of support for Al technologies, which can be risky for families and society. Additionally, we explore the appropriate approach towards media that are not under the Iranian intellectual property rights system.

The connection of artificial intelligence with new tools and technologies, including media, has provided capabilities beyond the past for influencing and analyzing the information of societies, which challenges concepts such as freedom of expression, privacy, audience rights, and consumer rights, and can cause serious damage to the family as the most important pillar of society.
Therefore, in this research, we investigate how to confront the support or lack of support for artificial intelligence technologies that could be dangerous for the family and society, and also how to correctly deal with media that are not under Iran's intellectual property rights system?
Today, one of the most important methods for understanding general attractiveness is the analysis of big data by artificial intelligence, of which Instagram and YouTube are among the largest platforms in this field; for example, one can refer to the report of the Parents Television and Media Council regarding YouTube, which uses artificial intelligence to analyze data so that adult videos are not shown to teenagers and children, but in this report, it has criticized YouTube due to the failure to filter a high-traffic video that had violent and offensive content (Lasar, 2008), or in the case mentioned in Ireland, Instagram was condemned for violating European Union laws regarding the improper management of adolescent information.
The second challenge is the collection of user information via artificial intelligence, and the last topic, which is very impactful on the family and especially children and adolescents, is the easy access to various types of content in these networks or social media, as well as the infringement of intellectual property rights that may occur through intellectual property law.
