چکیده:
The outbreak of Covid-19 disease in relation to environmental law can beanalyzed from different dimensions. Theoretically, it shows the deep roots ofthe philosophical, moral and legal crisis of man in the face of nature. Inpractice, the role of environmental law in preventing the spread of "humananimal"diseases is recalled. Environmental effects, showed two positive andnegative differences in the natural and human environment. On the positiveside, the outbreak of this disease has temporarily improved the quality of theurban environment (air pollution, noise, fuel consumption) and, inproportion to some animals, has led to the prohibition of trade and sale andconsumption of wild animal meat. On the other hand, the negative effects ofthis disease have affected issues such as the accumulation of medical waste, wasteful consumption of water and the suspension of environmentalregulations against companies. In this article, some of the aboveenvironmental dimensions have been tried to be analyzed and evaluatedfrom the perspective of environmental law. The key question is, given theenvironmental effects and contexts of the outbreak of the disease, whatchanges the environmental law system needs and what preventive legalresponse is necessary. The basic premise of this article is based on the needfor human beings in the philosophical-legal field to review their relationshipwith nature and animals, and in practice, with the outbreak of this disease, itis necessary to take some legal measures.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Many believe that if the Chinese government and other governments had not suspended the regulations regarding the prohibition of trade and consumption of wild animal meat that they had enacted at the beginning of the third millennium, or if they had exercised more serious and precise supervision in establishing environmental and health standards for wildlife, we would not be witnessing the emergence of diseases such as SARS, MERS, AIDS, Ebola, and COVID-19 in the world today.
The prohibition of the sale and trade of wild animal meat, the reduction of air pollution in cities, 1 reduction in noise pollution levels, light pollution, and the reduction of fossil fuel consumption such as coal and oil, and finally, the improvement of the climate change situation and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions were among the most important positive effects of the spread of this disease on the environment.
From a second perspective, the increase in medical waste production, increased water consumption, the suspension of implementing certain environmental regulations for companies, environmental hazards resulting from disinfecting streets, hazards caused by masks and gloves discarded in nature, the weakening of environmental monitoring during the Corona disease period, consumerism and pressure on certain resources during nationwide quarantine, the limitation of ecotourism and people's access to parks, 1 the closure and reduction of some protective measures by non-governmental organizations can be among the negative effects of the spread of this disease.
