چکیده:
The effectiveness of the education system in any society depends on the effectiveness of its teachers. This is because program objectives, educational content, and teaching-learning methods must all be implemented by the teacher's competence in the real arena of classrooms. The teacher's role in the teaching-learning process is like that of an orchestra conductor in arranging and performing a piece of music. They must, considering the individual differences of learners, coordinate the factors affecting the teaching and learning process to accompany and assist the caravan of education on the correct path to reaching the final destination. Nowadays, teaching is spoken of as a specialized profession; based on this, the view that anyone can teach simply because they possess knowledge or skill in a certain field is completely rejected. In today's world, a competent teacher is someone who knows: What are they teaching? To whom are they teaching? Why are they teaching? And how should they teach? Answering these questions requires the wisdom, skills, attitudes, and abilities that must be taught to teachers in pre-service and in-service training, and teachers themselves must regularly review and complete them through their work and professional experiences. The language of teachers is such that it penetrates the soft brains of children and the simple hearts of infants, planting the seedlings of beneficial thoughts so that after necessary growth and development, every seedling becomes a fertile tree and every branch a fruitful one, making society happy and benefiting it from the sweet and pleasant fruits of good behavior, conduct, and thoughts. In this article, the author has attempted to first write about teaching and learning, the pillars of education, and influential and efficient teachers. Then, the author has specified the roles of those who can intervene in improving the teaching-learning process—managers, teachers, and policymakers. Finally, the article presents conclusions and practical suggestions, and at the end, specifies the sources used.

Practical strategies for improving the quality of the teaching-learning process to increase the efficiency of primary school teachers Narges Jamali Nasab Education Management of District 1, Bandar Abbas, Iran, Fatemi Non-Governmental Pre-school and Primary School Abstract The effectiveness of the education and training system in any society depends on the effectiveness of its teachers.
Considering the individual differences of learners, they must accompany and assist the caravan of education and training on the correct path to reaching the final destination by coordinating the effective factors in the process of teaching and learning.
(Tabatabaei, Mohit, 1356) Today, the main agents of education and training are teachers, because what students acquire is influenced by the characteristics, qualities, and scientific, cultural, social, moral, and spiritual competencies of teachers, and the continuous and face-to-face interaction of the teacher with the student places them in an excellent and unique position that no other human possesses.
(Mehr Mohammadi, Mahmoud, 1380) Considering the mission and role of teachers in the growth of the existential dimensions of children, adolescents, and youth, and the training of the human resources of every society, we must say that certainly, with the presence of competent teachers, the face of educational organizations can be transformed and the school environment can be converted into an intimate, growing, and soul-reviving space.
This means that teaching is not the repetition of pre-determined roles that leads to education, but rather requires the creation of new conditions that provide learning opportunities for students, and this itself is accompanied by the field of human relations or the same emotional context.
