چکیده:
Despite the great importance and impact of banks on the growth and development of society, research related to the subject of banking services supply chain sustainability is very scarce and limited. The aim of this research is to identify the main dimensions and components of banking services supply chain sustainability and present them for implementation in the banking system. The statistical population in this research in the qualitative part consists of: supervisors, primary experts (senior bank managers), second-tier experts (middle managers), and in the quantitative part, third-tier experts (supply chain specialists). Initially, using the grounded theory method and based on data obtained from in-depth interviews, the required information was collected. After performing the coding process, final codes, concepts, and categories were extracted, and the conceptual model of the research was presented. In this research, both qualitative and quantitative research methods were used. In the qualitative method, Grounded Theory is used, and in the second phase of the research (quantitative phase), validity and reliability are examined using statistical techniques; subsequently, the causal relationships among the model indicators are investigated. For data analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in the SMART PLS software environment, Grey DEMATEL analysis, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used. Based on the obtained analyses, after expert approval, the final model consisting of six main dimensions (causal conditions, intervening conditions, contextual conditions, strategies and sustainability policies, processes and actions, and outcomes and consequences) was presented.

After the initial data was obtained using grounded theory and by conducting in-depth interviews, the results of open, axial, and selective coding of the described data are explained, the indicators of the banking services supply chain sustainability model are determined, and after presenting the model to the first-tier experts and obtaining their opinions, the conceptual model of the research is presented.
