چکیده:
Background and Objective: The utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has led to increased information processing power and speed, a relative decrease in hardware and software prices, the widespread use of mechanized systems, the creation of optimal information systems, and rapid and easy access to information. The aim of this research is to assess the impact of information technology on the productivity of the human resources in the Traffic Police Department. Methodology: In terms of objective, the research is applied, and in terms of method, it is descriptive-survey. The statistical population includes employees working in the NAJA Traffic Police Department, numbering 500, and the sample size was determined to be 217 according to the Cochran formula, selected through simple random sampling. The data collection tools consist of two standard questionnaires, including an information technology questionnaire based on the Marcotte (2006) model and a productivity questionnaire based on the Hershey and Goldsmith (1980) model. The validity of the questionnaire was established through content validity, and its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha. The obtained data were analyzed using structural equation modeling exclusively with LISREL 5.5 software, and for testing sub-hypotheses, univariate regression tests were used. Findings: The impact of information technology on the dimensions of human resource productivity shows that 41 percent of the changes in employee performance feedback are explained by information technology, 30 percent of the changes in work ability are explained by information technology, 20 percent of the changes in job cognition are explained by information technology, 16 percent of the changes in motivation are explained by information technology, and 10 percent of the changes in organizational support are explained by information technology. Conclusion: The research results indicate that the effect of information technology on human resource productivity is positive and significant.

Master's student in Human Resource Management, Amin University of Police Sciences / / Introduction Nowadays, the importance of productivity and the necessity of examining it, given the expansion of competition levels, technological complexity, diversity of tastes, resource shortages, and the speed of information exchange, is not hidden from anyone (Alvani and Ahmadi, 2001).
Based on this, this article intends to assess the impact of information technology on employee productivity (work capacity, job knowledge, support, motivation, performance feedback) in the Traffic Deputy; therefore, this research seeks to answer the question: what effect does information technology have on the productivity of NAJA human resources?
