چکیده:
This research was conducted to examine the role of media in creating social trust among ethnic groups in North Khorasan in the year 1390. The method of this research is survey-based, and in terms of time it is cross-sectional and is a type of applied study. This research was carried out using a researcher-made questionnaire tool on a sample consisting of 400 people out of 811,527 people. In this research, parametric tests such as correlation coefficient, multivariate regression, and one-way analysis of variance were used. The findings show that among the independent variables (media, age, gender, education, and ethnic groups), the variable that has a significant impact on the social trust of ethnic groups is media. Based on this, it can be said that media, as an independent variable, has the power to explain the social trust of ethnic groups in North Khorasan.
خلاصه ماشینی:
Considering the theoretical framework formulated for the present research: The first hypothesis is that media (television, press, satellite, and internet) play a role in creating social trust among the ethnic groups of North Khorasan, and this hypothesis is derived from Pierre Bourdieu's theories.
The second hypothesis is that there is a relationship between ethnic groups and social trust (through media), and this hypothesis is based on Karl Deutsch's theory; and considering the results obtained from the one-way analysis of variance, since its significance level is greater than 0.

The fifth hypothesis, which states that there is a relationship between an individual's gender and the social trust of ethnic groups in North Khorasan (through media), based on the results obtained from the one-way analysis of variance, since its significance level is greater than 0.
