چکیده:
The purpose of this research was to conduct a comparative study of women's sports before and after the merger plan. This study was conducted with the aim of comparing regulations and human resources, training and research, budget distribution and cost, sports venues and facilities, and achievements and medals in women's sports before and after the merger plan. The method of this research, in terms of strategy, is descriptive-exploratory and is applied in nature, which was carried out in a documentary form. In this research, a self-made questionnaire was used as a measurement tool, whose validity and reliability were confirmed. All 36 federations among which the questionnaires were distributed constituted the statistical population of the research, and due to the limited nature of the statistical population, all of them were considered as the statistical sample. The results of the research showed that there is a significant difference in each of the 5 sections of the questionnaire questions before and after the merger plan. Based on the results of this research in the section of regulations and human resources, an undeniable difference can be observed in: the lack of participation of female managers in macro decisions and planning of the country, valuing the abilities and awareness of women in women's sports affairs, and the lack of women's presence in positions and management systems in sports-related organizations and agencies. In terms of priority, from the perspective of male and female managers and secretaries, the goals of merging women's and men's sports were identified as: women's deprivation of sports facilities, development of women's sports in the new era, and women's deprivation of sports budget, respectively as first, second, and third priorities, and reliance on male management in sports was identified as the last priority.
