چکیده:
The rapid changes and increasing growth of knowledge and information within the Law Enforcement Force, as one of its most important and valuable assets, have made this large organization and its numerous subsidiaries compelled to seek the identification of contextual factors and create a foundation for establishing knowledge management so that it can utilize its knowledge resources and the surrounding environment at the appropriate time. This research, assuming that the most important foundations for establishing knowledge management in any organization are the information technology system, knowledge processes, and organizational culture, and that utilizing these foundations leads to a more complete use of the existing knowledge in the organization, seeks to explain and measure the status of each of these factors for establishing knowledge management. The results of this research, which was conducted with a statistical sample of 325 people including the staff of the Border Guard Headquarters of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, show that the status of the information technology system and knowledge processes in this command is appropriate, but the status of the organizational culture is inappropriate.
