چکیده:
Yasuj is one the cities of the country that has had a heavy growth in recent years. The main objective of this study is t help develop improved urban services using inefficiencies of the current services. The important issue in planning urban infrastructures in estimating infrastructures based on population forecast، which is the focus of this study. The research method used in this study was a combination of analytical descriptive، historical and filed studies. In this study due to the types of variables (X2) and Pierson’s correlation coefficient formulas have been used. Findings show that based on its physical development and the overpopulation، Yasuj has suffered from deficiencies in offering urban services. The result of physical development and population growth has been the deviation from the usual standard of infrastructures. Finally، some guidelines are provided to provide to solve these inefficiencies.

Currently, due to the lack of proper planning of service centers in Yasuj, citizens face numerous problems such as the lack of hierarchical distribution of services in proportion to the population dispersion in neighborhoods and urban zones, the concentration of service facilities in some areas, etc.
Akbari (1385) in the thesis "Spatial Analysis of Deficiencies in the Distribution of Service Centers in Yasuj City" concludes that Yasuj city has suffered from deficiencies in providing various urban services in proportion to the intensification of physical expansion and population increase, and the result of this rapid growth has been a deviation from standard indicators.
(Refer to the page image) Comparison of the per capita service facilities of Yasuj, namely educational, commercial, health, medical, administrative, tourism and recreational, sports, military, police, cultural, green spaces and parks, religious, slaughterhouses, cemeteries, terminals, communications, gas stations, and facilities(15)- anexaS Firefighting, compared to the standard average of urban plans, shows that with the exception of administrative, medical, military, and communication services, other services in Yasuj city have a large distance from urban planning standards.
