چکیده:
Objective: The aim of the present research is to investigate the impact of organizational factors, including organizational culture, organizational structure, training, human resources, information flow and communication, information technology, and document transparency on knowledge management performance and the components of knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge application, and knowledge transfer and sharing in the education department of Malekan city. Method: The research method is descriptive-survey and applied in nature. The population of this research consists of the employees of the education department of Malekan city, and considering the population size, stratified random sampling was performed, and finally, 214 people were selected as the sample. Finally, after distributing the questionnaire, 143 valid and analyzable questionnaires were collected. Multiple regression test was used for data analysis. Findings: The results of this research indicated that the variables of organizational culture, training, and information technology have a significant positive impact on knowledge management performance. However, other variables, including human resources, only have a significant positive impact on knowledge management performance regarding the knowledge creation component, and although other variables have a positive correlation with knowledge management performance and its components, their impact is not statistically significant. Originality/Value: Since most work done in the field of knowledge management has been in the business and non-profit organization sectors, conducting this research in the field of education is important.

Examining the relationship between independent and dependent variables through Pearson correlation (Refer to the page image) As the data presented in Table 2 shows, all variables related to organizational factors, except for organizational structure, have a positive and statistically significant relationship with all components of knowledge management performance (knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge application, and knowledge transfer and sharing).
