com Introduction In the developed countries of the world, higher education graduates are creative, learning, and entrepreneurial individuals who not only do not experience unemployment but also create jobs for ordinary people.
We consider ourselves among the researchers of the third group and believe that the appropriate solution to this issue is the expansion of knowledge-based entrepreneurship and its impact on improving the employment of higher education graduates.
2 Internal structure of the enterprise and the relationship between human capital and technology To emphasize the importance of entrepreneurship in job creation and employment for higher education system graduates, an analysis of the internal structure of an economic institution (enterprise)1 is presented.
It is worth mentioning that science-based entrepreneurial activity is not limited only to newly invented technologies and research universities; this type of entrepreneurship extends to all industrial and scientific fields.
The primary driving force behind the emergence of the entrepreneurial mission in most universities of developed countries has been the widespread need to create knowledge-based enterprises to stimulate employment and productivity growth in the economic system, and the lack of a formal financing system for research and the university.
