The discussion of leadership, which is a spiritual discussion, has found a wide place in management culture today. Developed countries have essentially moved away from management and turned towards spiritual leadership in today's industrial world, the most prominent indicator of which is the holding of the Millennium World Religions Conference at the United Nations. In this article, an attempt has been made to address the subject of spiritual leadership or leadership from the perspective of Islam and compare it with the spiritual values that have been presented under the title of general theories of leadership in Western management culture.

Conclusion Theoretical writings on leadership in the 09s decade and Islamic perspectives on leadership from the beginning until now share several common and general characteristics, which are as follows: First: All these perspectives have addressed the ethical and spiritual topics or attractions of the leader and have emphasized matters such as personality, polite behavior, and giving meaning to life through leadership.
