چکیده:
At the end of the second millennium and the beginning of the third millennium AD, the integration of technology and information systems into human daily life is being observed continuously and rapidly more than ever before. Since in this transformation, information is the lifeblood of the organization, the fundamental question that always arises is: what should be the position and status of various organizational dimensions in order to maximize the optimal use of information systems and technology and, consequently, achieve organizational success? In the present research, by analyzing the opinions of experts regarding the optimal position and status of organizational dimensions that ensure the effectiveness of information systems and technology in organizations, a conceptual model has been designed. Then, to measure its efficiency and explain it in current conditions, a field study was conducted among a number of subsidiary companies (N=58) belonging to an economic group. The research findings have shown that there is a significant difference in various organizational dimensions between successful companies that have utilized information systems and technology at a high level and less successful companies that benefit from this situation at a low level.

The research findings have shown that there is a significant difference in various organizational dimensions between successful companies that have utilized systems and information technology at a high level and unsuccessful companies that benefit from this situation at a low level.
In the optimal use of systems and information technology, according to the investigations carried out, the most important components of content dimensions are topics that encompass the internal but living dimensions of the organization, including company managers' perspectives[13], stress levels[10], decision-making[14], and managerial support[2].
The T-test result shows that based on the data obtained in the above table, in the summary of results, no significant difference is observed between these two groups of organizations in the contextual dimension; however, regardless of the two variables of organizational culture and external environment, the research findings regarding the collective knowledge acquisition approach are noteworthy.
The statistical analysis of the data in estimating the hypotheses of the present research has led to the following results: A) The difference between the position and status of various organizational dimensions, including structural, content, and contextual, in the implementation of IT/IS in successful organizations with high IT/IS and these dimensions in unsuccessful organizations with low IT/IS, in the mirror of prominent global indicators shown in molecular model number two, provides a two-dimensional comparison possibility for researchers.
