چکیده:
This article introduces some word formation processes in the domain of Persian word structure that follow syntactic rules and relations, especially the syntactic relations of X-bar theory. In this article, the morpho-syntactic structure of nominal or transformative verbs such as 'lovelidan' (to roll), 'kouchidan' (to migrate), 'bousidan' (to kiss), and 'khoshkidan' (to dry), and their equivalent compound verbs, namely 'lovel khordan', 'kouch kardan', 'bous kardan', and 'khoshk kardan/shodan', which are derived from the nouns and adjectives 'lovel', 'kouch', 'bouso', and 'khoshk', are examined based on two theories: standard generative grammar morphology and X-bar syntactic theory, and lexical adjunction versus syntactic adjunction. It has been shown that the second theory can analyze the similar and different aspects of the two categories of simple and compound nominal verbs, as well as their derivation methods and internal morpho-syntactic structures, more desirably and with greater explanatory adequacy based on the lexical-syntactic adjunction theory.

In this article, the morpho-syntactic structure of nominal verbs or transformative verbs such as lulidan, kouchidan, bousidan, and khoshkidan, and their equivalent compound verbs, namely lul khordan, kouch kardan, bous kardan, and khoshk kardan/shodan, which are derived from the nouns and adjectives lul, kouch, bous, and khoshk, are examined based on two theories: the standard morphological theory of generative grammar, and X-bar syntactic theory and the theory of lexical adjunction -versus syntactic adjunction-.
Given that the root of a simple verb is always identical to its present stem, and in Mr. Tabataba'i's[4] theoretical framework, all verbal derivatives are obtained from the present stem or the past stem, not from the root, as far as the structure and derivation of nominal/transformational verbs are concerned, it seems that according to empirical evidence, accepting the hypothesis of "verbal root" in the Persian language is not permissible, and it is better to construct the present stem directly from an adjective or noun through only one stage of the zero derivation process, and then obtain the past stem through a re-derivation process by adding the suffix "-id".
In all the tree diagrams above, the suffix elements "-id", "-an", and "-d" are considered verbal heads and determine the grammatical category of the resulting derived word, which is completely similar to the diagrams of 4-2 In the derivation of equivalent compound verbs, namely drying (khoshk shodan) and to dry (khoshk kardan) are: In the derivation of the above combinations based on Lieber's fourth principle, or the "rightmost head element" principle, a compound verb is obtained.
