چکیده:
A common concern of some thinkers is the analysis of the relationship between gender and ethics. From this perspective, feminists have criticized traditional ethics for ignoring or undervaluing cultural values and the ethical experience of women through a patriarchal lens. Therefore, by proposing various theories and approaches, they have engaged in rethinking traditional ethics and have attempted to provide a new formulation of ethical systems and relations compatible with the concept of gender. In the present research, which uses a qualitative method to analyze the content of global posters created with the subjects of women, motherhood, and peace, the author's goal is to reach this important matter by examining global symbols, emblems, and signs of peace. In this regard, two questions are raised: One: What are the differences between the symbols and emblems of peace in public posters and posters with female subjects? Two: Will the presence of women, given the care ethics that is stronger in this gender, be effective in the process of world peace among people of different climates and countries or not? The researcher's main hypothesis is that female and male symbols and emblems regarding peace in informative posters are different from each other, and the female caring and preserving spirit is represented in the posters, and artists, paying attention to female care ethics, have depicted 'no to war' images and peace promotion posters. The study population consisted of 10 articles on the subject of female care ethics, which were subjected to meta-analysis; also, 42 global posters with the subjects of women, motherhood, and peace were examined and studied using content analysis and thematic analysis methods. Finally, the research results were presented in a classified manner in conceptual tables from both formal and content dimensions, and were brought into the sphere of discussion and analysis using Gilligan's theoretical framework of female care ethics. Research findings showed that specific symbols and emblems of peace were used in 'no to war' and peace posters centered on women, motherhood, and ethics, and many colors and patterns were utilized to encourage tranquility and security. The global alliance of women against war, despite diverse races and ethnicities, in the displayed posters, utilized oblique and curved lines in the application of the peace bird to achieve a greater softening effect; the female hand appeared in the posters with oblique lines as a sign of care; instead of an olive branch, a global female symbol and sign was depicted on the beak of the peace bird, or femininity was somehow integrated into the peace poster with other symbols and emblems, and the olive branch and peace symbols were combined with the image and face of women as peace supporters; also, the poppy flower symbol and female peaceful symbols were blended together; the image and presence of women alongside images of war and military men served as a sign to soften the violent world and say 'no to war'; the combination of the image of a child next to a mother in peace posters was used to draw attention to the maternal sense and the protection of the infant to create a sense of tenderness and prevent war; and finally, in abstract posters, female symbols and signs were used to stop war. Thus, female symbols, signs, and marks have been utilized in peace and 'no to war' informative posters to create a gentler and safer space in the world and to stop war.
