چکیده:
Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) is a personality whose outlook is reflected in various chapters of divine sciences. In Sunni jurisprudential sources, speech and biography are also considered among the jurisprudential foundations, including the following examples: 1- Dasuqi says: Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) used to include the phrase 'Hayya ala khayril amal' after 'Hayya ala al-falah' in the Adhan; 2- Nawawi, in describing the biography of Ali (peace be upon him) regarding fasting, has narrated that he would proceed to fast and break his fast by sighting the crescent moon; 3- Sharbini says: Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) stated that the minimum period of pregnancy is six months. He also says: Considering the intellectual breadth of Islam and Quranic thoughts, he would give an apostate sufficient opportunity for repentance to regain themselves.

In Sunni jurisprudential sources, the speech and biography (Sira) of Ali are also considered one of the jurisprudential foundations, among which the following examples are included: 1- Dasuqi says: Imam Ali (AS) used to include the phrase "Hayya ala khayril amal" after "Hayya ala al-falah" in the Adhan; 2- Nawawi, in describing the Sira of Ali (AS) regarding fasting, has narrated that he would proceed to fast and break the fast by observing the sighting of the crescent moon; 3- Sharbini says: Imam Ali (AS) stated that the minimum period of pregnancy is six months.
There are various discussions regarding this, and here one instance is mentioned: Dasuqi, in his valuable jurisprudential marginalia, quotes one of the Sunni jurists stating that it was first mentioned during the time of Sultan Yusuf Salahuddin Ayyubi that "السلام علی رسول الله" should be said before the morning Adhan.
Al-Sharbini, in his jurisprudential book, narrates that when people said to Imam Ali (AS), "We have reached this conclusion through our own ijtihad that one can wipe over shoes and similar items," he replied: "If Islam were to be explained through personal opinion, views, and tastes, nature would require that for washing, a person should attend to what is underneath the shoe and wash that, rather than the shoe itself.
As can be observed, according to the narration of Al-Hajjawi, Imam Ali (AS), contrary to the practice of others, has considered a two-month period for the repentance of an apostate.
