Surah Ghafir {یوم هم بارزون لایخفی علی اللّه منهم شی لمن الملک الیوم للّه الواحد القهار} (Ghafir, 40/16) And when the Divine Presence transcends to the Collective Oneness Presence, in which all presences are consumed, and all determinations and multiplicities are annihilated, and it manifests to Him through Absolute Sovereignty, as He said: "To whom belongs the kingdom this day?", and since on this day there is no creation or command, nor name or form, it has been narrated that none shall answer Him but Himself, so He said: "To Allah, the One, the Irresistible". The day of complete return is the day of Absolute Sultanate and the dominion of the Name, the One, the Irresistible, by returning the chain of existence to Him and consuming it in His irresistible power until it becomes non-existent, then the other existence arises, as indicated by the Masnavi in its saying: So my non-existence became non-existence, as I said in the song: 'Indeed, to Him we are returning'3 And to Allah the Almighty belongs the Absolute Sultanate in the Presence of the Unseen through the Most Holy Effusion, over the Divine Names and Attributes and the forms of the Names: the Fixed Prototypes (Al-A'yan al-Thabita); and in the Presence of Witnessing through the Holy Effusion, over the universal essences and particular identities; except that the emergence of the complete Sultanate upon the return of all to Him, through the mediation of the Perfect Man and the Absolute Saint in the Great Resurrection: 'To whom belongs the kingdom this day?
