CONCLUSIONS

The results showed that physical therapy improve gait speed and cadence in‌ acute‌ hemiplegic‌ patients, but in chronic hemiplegia patients improving were observed only in‌ gait‌ speed and at the end of exercising sessions. Thus the sooner therapeutic training is started, more‌ effective‌ the‌ treatment will be.
