RESULTS

After treatment, The mean trunk flexor, extensor muscles‌ endurance‌ increased in the

Experimental groups (P<0.001).

Data analysis showed that there was significant difference in the pain intensity and‌ trunk‌ endurance‌ of flexor muscles between groups (P=0.05). While did not observed change in the two‌ factors‌ for the Control group (P>0.05).

CONCLUSIONS

The results‌ showed‌ that exercise therapy can increase endurance of trunk muscles in patient.

The pilates‌ exercise‌ group‌ showed more desired recuperates than traditional exercise group (p=0/05). It seems that pilates exercise is‌ an‌ effective method in Decrease pain and Increase trunk flexor muscles and can‌ be‌ seen‌ as a complementary approach.
